Confidential Inquiry
You contact us via the consultation form or a direct call. Initial details are exchanged in a private conversation. There is no obligation at this stage. A representative or estate manager may contact us on your behalf.
Initial Assessment
We review the property's history, the reported activity, and your concerns. We consider conventional explanations alongside other possibilities. A recommendation is made — whether an engagement is appropriate, and what form it might take.
Planning
If an on-site engagement is agreed, we coordinate logistics, scheduling, confidentiality requirements, and any specific preparations. Multi-day or complex engagements are planned in detail.
On-Site Engagement
A private visit is conducted on your schedule and according to your preferences. The work is thorough, respectful of the property, and unobtrusive.
Follow-Up
After the engagement, we remain available for follow-up. Your identity and location are protected throughout and after.
